Counties  - customers connected to Counties Power Network, includes Pukekohe, Waiuku, Drury, Bombay, Mercer, Pokeno. 

Coromandel - includes Coromandel/Thames and surrounding areas (Matamata, Tokoroa, Waihi)

Waikato (WEL Network Area) - includes waikato and surrounding areas (Hamilton, Raglan, Huntly and North Meremere). 

Tauranga - includes Tauranga and surrounding areas (Katikati, Mt Maunganui, Te Puke and Papamoa)

Eastern Bay of Plenty - including  (Whakatane, Edgecumbe, Ohope, Murupara, Opotiki, Kawerau, Matata and Te Kaha)

Rotorua - includes Rotorua and surrounding areas (Ngongotaha, Reporoa, Te Ngae, Rotoma, Rotoihi, Rotoehu)

Taupo - includes Taupo and surrounding areas

Hawkes Bay - Dual Fuel supply for customers connected to the Unison Electricity Network and Powerco Gas Network in the Hawkes Bay region

Taranaki Zone A - includes New Plymouth and Stratford

Taranaki Zone B - includes Opunake and Hawera

Whanganui - includes Whanganui and surrounding suburbs

Palmerston North - includes Palmerston North, Feilding and Ashhurst

Kapiti/Horowhenua - includes Paraparaumu, Raumati, Waikanae, Otaki,Levin, Shannon and Foxton

Wairarapa - Electricity Only - includes Eketahuna, Masterton, Carterton, Greytown, Featherston, Martinborough

Wellington North - includes Porirua City and the Hutt Valley

Wellington South - includes Johnsonville, Wellington City and surrounding suburbs
