Medically Dependent or Vulnerable Customers

If someone in your household is dependent on electricity for critical medical support it is important that you notify us immediately so we can put this information on your account.

Nova Energy also maintains a register of vulnerable customers. A customer is considered vulnerable if for reasons of age, health or disability disconnection of electricity presents a clear threat to themselves or a member of their household's health or wellbeing.

If you believe you, or someone living with you qualifies as a vulnerable consumer please let us know right away.
