Easy LTC Service

Test Location Certificates are issued by independent Test Certifiers and can vary in price.

To assist customers who store over 100kg of LPG but who do not wish to manage the LTC process themselves, Nova Energy offers the following “Easy LTC Service”:

  • assess whether the Customer requires:
    • a current test certificate under regulation 81 of the Hazardous Substances (Classes 1 to 5 Controls) Regulations 2001; or
    • a compliance check in accordance with a code of practice approved by the Environmental Risk Management Authority under section 78(1) of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996;
  • if so, procure the performance of any required certification test or compliance check, at Nova Energy LPG’s sole cost;
  • report to the Customer on the outcome of any testing or checks (including providing the Customer with a copy of any certificates, or test reports).
  • monitor the Customer’s ongoing requirement for further testing or checks.

Please Note:

  • To enjoy the Easy LTC Service scheme you must be a currently contracted customer of Nova Energy’s LPG Division. If you switch to another LPG supplier after joining the Easy LTC Scheme, you may be liable for early termination charges.
  • Participation by any Customer in the Easy LTC Service scheme is subject to Nova Energy confirmation.
  • Nova Energy is not responsible for any costs of any kind arising from any modification, adaption, upgrade or other work required for any Customer site to achieve any required compliance standard.
