Once your application is approved we will contact your current supplier directly to arrange the transfer of your electricity and gas supply to us (Nova Energy is currently only accepting customers who chose to receive both their gas and electricity supply from us). You should receive your first account from Nova Energy within six weeks and we will contact you if we require any further information from you. Your energy will be supplied under Nova Energy’s Standard Residential Terms of Supply and fees may apply.
