A PoolElite solar heating system can make the temperature of your pool up to 11 degrees Celsius warmer than it would be without heating. This allows you to greatly extend your swimming season and the pleasure you receive from your pool.

How solar pool heating works
Because our PoolElite solar heating systems are fully scalable, we can design a system that will increase the temperature to a level that you choose – whatever is the most comfortable for you.
Any size pool can be heated – from family pools in the back yard to the largest commercial pools.
Our solar pool heating systems include solar absorbers -strip or mat- a circulation system and pool covers (as required) to enable you to not only maximise the energy you capture but also minimise heat loss overnight.
Absorber
The solar absorber is a strip or mat tubing, purpose-designed to be resistant to frost, salt and chlorine.
We will accurately calculate the required surface area of solar absorber that will achieve your desired temperature increase. The more solar absorbers you use, the warmer you can make the water. The absorber is fully scalable and can be customised to any shape to fit the surface it needs to attach to – typically a roof, but alternatively a suitably located wall, fence or bank.
Circulation system
The PoolElite system can be designed to fit into the existing pool pumping system. By using an existing pool pump, little additional running costs are incurred. In situations where a separate circulation system is required, we will work out the best system for your needs.
Pool covers and reels
We can provide a complete cover system to meet most needs – from lightweight covers suitable for warmer climates to heavy-duty foam insulating covers for more extreme conditions and debris covers.
