Once your application is approved we will contact your current supplier directly to arrange the transfer of your electricity and/or gas supply to us. You should receive your first account from Nova Energy within six weeks and we will contact you if we require any further information from you. Your energy will be supplied under Nova energy’s Standard Commercial Terms of Supply and fees may apply.
