Billing Services Manager

We are looking for a leader who is technically minded, has billing or operational experience, is customer focused and will support and motivate our billing team. The role is permanent, full time and based in the heart of Newmarket.

The Billing Services Manager key focus is to lead the billing function. The role requires someone who is an active problem solver, process improver, has an eye for detail, is articulate and confident with providing great customer service. The successful candidate would also be described as a strong communicator, a natural coach and mentor and someone who can multitask with data and all kinds of people!

About You

You will have experience in a previous operational or customer service role and be competent in exploring trends and finding exceptions and developing solutions for billing challenges. You will be comfortable with learning and using new systems, analysing data and processes and mentoring staff.
