The Metering & Connections Team are responsible for championing Nova’s service support for all current and future connections and metering needs whilst complying with industry regulations.
We are looking for a key technically minded member to join our team and make a difference. Your strong technical expertise will make you one of Nova’s metering and connections subject matter experts. You will be committed to delivering high performing outcomes via exceptional customer experience.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a high performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience and as a bonus, come with strong energy industry back-ground within Metering or Connections.
You’ll recognise that meeting the changing needs of customers is a priority and take action to ensure that the customer is not made to work on the company’s behalf. You’ll be able to analyse data or situations with a positive approach and look at the needs of the business to ensure customer needs are met.
