Credit Solutions Advisor

What makes a successful Credit Advisor here at Nova Energy?
To thrive in this role, you will have a flair for delivering outstanding customer service and be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and via email in a busy office environment.

You will have the confidence to have difficult conversations but also be able to demonstrate empathy when required. You will need to be resilient, but the team will be here to support you if you ever need it.

You will be a multitasker, who is flexible and adaptable - no two days are the same in the life of a Credit Advisor here at Nova Energy.

You can wear many hats to accomplish different kinds of work all while prioritising key tasks. Being highly productive and self-motivated is a must.

You will offer ideas and share your opinions, but also listen and respect the perspective of others. You will enjoy accomplishing tasks and collaborating with others toward a collective goal. Being a team player is vital.

Have a keen eye for detail? Love problem solving? Thinking outside the box for solutions to complex situations? A high degree of accuracy is a crucial component in this role, you should consider yourself to be a process driven person and have strong negotiation skills.

You will have a wicked sense of humour, even better if it’s ever been described as “unique”! Being outgoing and the ability to have a laugh will see you fit in swimmingly.
