Call Centre Agent

What will you be doing?
You will be our primary touch point for all Nova Energy customers, taking inbound calls and emails. You will be responsible for helping customers resolve a wide range of queries and have quality conversations while making the complex easy to understand.

We are on the hunt for customer service superstars with the following to grow our awesome Tauranga team:
  • Customer service experience, whether that's retail, reception, contact centres, or hospitality - we want to hear about the experience you have helping customers.
  • Comfortable working to a schedule.
  • Ability to bounce back from challenging conversations.
  • A friendly and professional attitude is a must!
The Team
Our Customer Care team in Tauranga currently consists of the Call Centre Team Leader and 5 agents. We’re passionate about customer service and know how to collaborate and deliver results while enjoying the little things in life – it’s not uncommon to find us spending time together over a shared lunch or putting our singing skills to the test. We’re big on supporting each other’s achievements and our vibrant and diverse team is looking for someone who will join us on our journey to deliver great value, made easy.
