Field Services Coordinator
Recent changes within our Metering Services team have opened up a vacancy for a Field Services Coordinator. Reporting to the Metering Services Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of the end-to-end metering and approved test house process.  
About the Role

The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for coordinating internal and external workflow processes, resources and contractors involved with the day-day delivery of field services required to support the electricity metering asset base.

This challenging and rewarding hands-on role is responsible for the day to day coordination of field services contractors across NZ. It will include; coordinating the deployment of AMI meters, assigning BAU work to contractors and giving assistance with trouble shooting, both over the phone and in the field.
This role would suit someone who has previously worked as an electrician and is looking for a coordinator role
About You
  • Ideally you will have proven experience in a related field service operations role, preferably with time in the utilities or metering space.
  • You will have the ability to interact effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders across a diverse service-integrated support team environment
