We are looking for a Credit Advisor based in Wellington. You will report to the Credit Solutions Team Leader and will play a crucial role in resolving overdue debt situations by engaging with customers in a confident, professional manner to reach a mutually acceptable solution.
About the role
From processing new applications through to reviewing accounts, you will find yourself engaging with customers through inbound/outbound calling and email, negotiating payment arrangements on overdue debt, dealing with government and social agencies – no day is ever the same.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong experience in customer service, ability to work in a collaborative environment, desire to gain or improve on negotiation skills, maturity to stay calm and professional during challenging interactions with customers and ideally, experience or understanding of Credit Solutions in the Energy sector.
