How can I pay my bill?

We provide a wide range of payment options:

  1. Pay by Direct Debit: This is a hassle-free way to pay your account. You’ll never miss a payment and you’ll still get your bill so you can keep an eye on your usage and the amount you owe. You can set up a direct debit now here, via the Nova App, or by calling us.
  2. Pay by internet and phone banking: Phone and Internet banking lets you pay your bill anytime, from just about anywhere. Our bank account number is 06-0193-0245097-05. Please use your customer number in the reference field.
  3. Pay via the Nova App: Download the Nova App from Google Play or the App Store and pay by credit or debit card, by online eftpos, or set up a direct debit.
  4. Pay over the phone: Call us on 0800 668 236 to pay by credit or debit card, or to set up a direct debit.
  5. Pay in person: You may pay over the counter at NZ Post or ANZ Bank branch. (A payment administration fee may apply to this payment which will appear on your next invoice).
