I can’t open my e-bill invoice

For e-bill customers, your invoice will be in a PDF document and will require a PDF reader to view your invoice. To view your invoice, you will need to install a PDF reader on your device.

If you are using Windows or Mac, most browsers include a PDF reader, or you could download it here.

If you are on an Android phone, you can install an Adobe Acrobat Reader from Google Play.

On an iOS, a PDF viewer is included by default. If you wish to download Adobe, you can find this from the App Store.

You can also view your bill in the Nova Hub. Click on the Download Bill link on the Home screen.
