    Frequent questions

    I’m unable to log in
    1. Please check that you have registered to use the Nova Hub.
    2. If you have previously registered to use the Nova App, you will need to re-register to use the Nova Hub.
    3. If you have already registered and the system is still not accepting your password, please use the forgot password function on the log in screen.
    I didn’t get a verification for forgotten password
    1. Please ensure that you are using the email that you have used to register to reset your password.
    2. Check your spam/junk email folders.
    3. If you still have not received a verification email, it may be that you have not yet registered. Try to register using your customer number and email.
    4. If you are still unable to gain access, please contact us for further investigation.
    Unable to see daily usage
    1. Daily usage information is only available to customers with a smart meter
    2. If you have just registered to use the Nova hub, there may be a delay of up to 5 working days for your daily reads to be available for view.
    3. If you still don’t see daily reads within a week of registering, please contact us for further assistance.
