I'm unable to see my electricity usage

Monthly, daily and hourly usage information are available for customers with smart meters. 

If you've recently registered to use the Nova Hub, there may be a delay of up to 5 working days for your usage reads to appear.  In some cases, data may be late due to your metering provider or if there are communication issues with your meter.
