Can I choose a different smartphone colour?

Our smartphones are only available in Graphite for the A34 and the Flip5 and Black for the S22. You can always personalise your phone with a colourful case.

When will I receive my TV or smartphone?

We will courier your selected product to you following payment of your first invoice on this Plan.

What happens if I move house while on the Plan?

If you move house within the 24 month Plan term, your plan will end and the early termination fee will apply.

The plan ends when you move address because the Plan cannot be transferred to a different property. Pricing differs from region to region and depends on several factors, including the type of meter at your property and how it is classified by the local lines company.

Can I keep the same pricing at my new address?

It is likely your pricing will change.

If you're moving to a different area, then your price will be different as pricing differs from region to region. Your pricing depends on several factors, including where you live, what meter set up you have, and how your property is classified.

Do I get to keep the Nokia Beacons?

The Nokia Beacons are available for you to use while you have your broadband service with us. If you decide to end your broadband service, we will ask you to return our equipment in good working condition.

Please note a $15 delivery fee applies when we send you our equipment. There is no charge to return our equipment.

If you end your broadband service and do not return our equipment within 30 days (or return it damaged), we may charge you a $99 equipment fee per Beacon.
