Using a natural gas continuous flow water heating system is a smart, cost effective way to heat hot water. It allows you to heat your hot water to the required temperature only when you need it, meaning you will not waste energy heating hot water to be stored in a cylinder.

If you have an aging electric hot water cylinder, or if you are always running out of hot water, this offer could be a great option.

    Offer details

    • Get a Rinnai Infinity® A26 externally-mounted continuous-flow natural gas hot water system installed for $3,599 (incl. GST)*
    • You can pay for your new system upfront, or you can choose to pay your new system off over a two or three year (i.e., 24 or 36 month) term via your Nova account, in equal instalments. You must also join us for your natural gas supply for the duration of your payment term.
    • You must own a property and be a Nova customer in one of our offer regions and have a natural gas supply connected or have already (separately) arranged for a new natural gas connection.
    • The estimated timeframe to have your gas water heating system installed is approximately 6 weeks from the date your application is accepted and approved. * In some circumstances additional costs may apply. Where this is the case, you will be advised of these costs.

    Offer applies to Nova residential gas customers connected to (or who can be connected to) the Vector, Firstgas, Powerco, GasNet, or Nova natural gas networks.

    Specific regions where this Offer is generally available include: North Shore, Auckland Central and Auckland South, Hamilton, Cambridge, Huntly, Morrinsville, Te Awamutu, Palmerston North, Feilding, New Plymouth, Hawera, Stratford, Eltham, Opunake, Inglewood, Whanganui, Greater Wellington and Kapiti Coast.
