When will I receive my TV?

Your TV will be sent to you following payment of your first invoice on this Plan.

What happens if I end my supply before the end of the term?

If you end your broadband supply early, an early termination fee of $600 (incl. GST) will apply.

If you end your electricity and/or natural gas early an early termination fee may apply per electricity and/or natural gas Installation Control Point you switch away. This fee includes an administration fee of $50 (incl. GST) and a variable fee of $100 (incl. GST) which reduces by $10 for every subsequent 30-day period that you have been on the Plan.

If I'm moving, can I keep the same pricing?

No, sorry. This Plan cannot be transferred to a different property and will end if you move. Pricing differs around the country and energy network companies can charge different rates for different areas. Your pricing might also be different because the meter setup at your new home is different to your last place. 

Can I change my electricity from Low to Standard User (or vice-versa) on this Plan?

Yes.

Do I get to keep the Nokia Beacons?

The Nokia Beacons are free for you to use while you have your broadband service with us. If you decide to end your broadband service, we will ask you to return our equipment in good working condition.

Please note a $15 delivery fee applies when we send you our equipment. However, there is no charge to return our equipment.

If you end your broadband service and fail to return our equipment within 30 days (or return it damaged), we may charge you a $99 equipment fee per Beacon.
