What happens if I move house while on the Plan?

If you move house within the 24 month Plan term, your plan will end and the early termination fee will apply.

The plan ends when you move address because the Plan cannot be transferred to a different property. Pricing differs from region to region and depends on several factors, including the type of meter at your property and how it is classified by the local lines company.

When will I receive my TV or smartphone?

We will courier your selected product to you following payment of your first invoice on this Plan.

Can I choose a different smartphone colour?

Unfortunately, we don’t have a range of colour choices at the moment. Our smartphone deals are only available in the below colours.

  • Samsung Galaxy A35 5G 128GB – Grey
  • Samsung Galaxy S23 FE 128GB – Graphite

Can I still get Multisaver discounts with Smart Bundle Plan?

Smart Bundle Plan customers are eligible for our Mobile Multisaver Plan, but not for our Broadband, Electricity or Natural Gas Multisaver Plans.

The Smart Bundle Plan is a Fixed Term Plan for broadband, electricity and natural gas only.
