Electricity Multisaver Plan Special Terms

The supply of electricity under this Electricity Multisaver Plan (“Plan”) is in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions for Residential Energy Customers (“General Terms”), our Privacy Policy and the following special terms (“Special Terms”). If there is any conflict between our General Terms and the Special Terms of this Plan, the Special Terms will apply.

  1. On this Plan, you will receive discounted electricity pricing when you have another eligible service (being natural gas, broadband or mobile) supplied by us at the same property and on the same account. However, if you end the supply of these other services, (so we only supply you with electricity), your pricing will automatically be changed to our current Electricity only pricing, which is available on request.
  2. Your pricing on this Plan is not fixed and is subject to change from time to time. We will notify you if your pricing changes.
  3. We may also adjust your pricing if, for any reason, the information we have relied on to set your pricing is incorrect and/or requires amendment (e.g., if your metering set-up or capacity and/or your pricing category is incorrect or changes).
  4. This Plan cannot be transferred to a different property and will end if you move.
  5. This Plan is only available in selected regions. It does not apply to or include business or Time-of-Use (TOU) sites, consumers switching from retailers who provide wholesale electricity pricing to their customers (including but not limited to spot pricing retailers), unmetered electricity charges or to distributed generation (i.e., solar export) pricing.
  6. There is no prompt payment discount available on this Plan. A late payment fee of $25 may apply if you don’t pay your bill on time.
  7. Standard acceptance and credit criteria apply. Our standard fees and additional service charges (published on our website) also apply.
  8. We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Plan, at any time, without notice.
