The supply of mobile services under this Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan (“Plan”) is in accordance with our General Terms for Mobile Customers (“General Terms”), our Privacy and Fair Use Policies and the following special terms (“Special Terms”). If there is any conflict between our General Terms and the Special Terms of this Plan, the Special Terms will apply.
- On this Plan you will receive discounted mobile pricing when you have another eligible service (being electricity, natural gas or broadband) supplied by us at the same address and on the same account.
- If you end the supply of these other eligible services, (so we only supply you with mobile), your plan and pricing will automatically be changed to our Endless Mobile Plan (or the closest equivalent plan available at the time). The pricing for this Plan is available on request.
- This Plan is only available on an "opt-in" basis. We require your consent to apply this Plan to your account. You must also notify us if you would like to change any other eligible services to a Multisaver Plan.
- You can choose an allowance of data to use at maximum speed (“Max Speed Data Allowance”), which renews each month. Once your Max Speed Data Allowance has been used, you will receive endless data, but speeds will be reduced to a maximum of 1.2Mbps and hotspotting speeds may be reduced further during periods of network congestion. Your experience will be impacted at reduced speeds. Any unused Max Speed Data Allowance remaining at the end of each month will expire.
- You will also receive endless calls and SMS to standard landline and mobile numbers in New Zealand and Australia. MMS (e.g. picture messages), premium numbers (e.g. short codes) and roaming usage are excluded, for which additional charges will apply as set out on our website.
- You can have up to 6 SIMs in your Plan group and each SIM will receive the same Max Speed Data Allowance. You cannot share Max Speed Data Allowance between SIMs.
- Your pricing on this Plan is not fixed and is subject to change from time to time. We will notify you if your pricing changes (unless you end the supply of your other services as detailed in clause 2).
- For an additional monthly charge, you can upgrade the Max Speed Data Allowance for all SIMs in your Plan group to a higher Max Speed Data Allowance by using the Nova Hub or calling our Customer Care team.
- If you choose to downgrade the Max Speed Data Allowance for all SIMs in your Plan group, this will take effect from the start of the next calendar month.
- You can purchase additional one-off Max Speed Data Packs for individual SIMs in your Plan group by calling our Customer Care team. These Packs will expire at the end of the month in which they are purchased, and any unused max speed data will not carry-over.
- Standard acceptance and credit criteria apply. Our standard fees and additional service charges and terms also apply and are available on our website.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Plan, at any time, without notice.
6-Month Mobile Discount Promotion
The Promotional Terms below (“Promotional Terms”) apply in addition to our Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan, Small Business Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan or Business Group Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan Special Terms (“Special Terms”), which are available on our website.
If there is any conflict between the Special Terms of the above Plans and these Promotional Terms, these Promotional Terms will apply.
- The Promotion is only available to residential and business mobile customers who sign up for a new mobile SIM during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is not available to:

any mobile SIM that has previously received a mobile promotion from us (including any swapped SIM); and
- at our discretion, any returning mobile customer who has previously received a mobile promotion from us.

- The Promotion period commences at 12.00am on 1 August 2024 and finishes at 11.59pm on 30 June 2025 ("Promotion Period").
- Each new SIM signed up on an eligible Plan during the Promotion Period will receive a $10.00 (incl. GST) discount on the monthly plan charge for the first 6 months.
- The eligible Plans are:

Residential Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan; and
-
Small Business Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan; and
-
Business Group Endless Mobile Multisaver Plan.

- Under this Promotion and while you remain on an eligible Plan, your mobile monthly plan charge will stay the same for a minimum of 6 months.
- Please note:

This Promotion does not apply to data-only SIMs and no discount is provided for any additional usage charges you may incur such as calls and texts to international or premium numbers, add-on Data packs, additional Max Speed Data Allowance charges or Roaming charges.

The Promotional discount will not be pro-rated, even if the first invoice for any given SIM includes a part-month plan charge.

The discount is not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable, and no cash alternative is available.

- By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge you have read and accepted these Promotional Terms.
- We may reasonably modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or these Promotional Terms at any time and for any reason before the end of the Promotion Period and we shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage incurred as a result.
