How will I receive my bills?
We can send your bill to you via email or post – all you need to do is let us know how you’d like to receive them.
How do I set up direct debit?
You’ll be able to access a direct debit form from your Welcome Pack but you can also download one here:
- Direct Debit for electricity and/or natural gas.
If you are setting up a bank direct debit download and complete the form then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all credit card direct debit applications need to be returned by post not via email, also credit card transactions may incur a surcharge equal to 1.5% of the dollar value of each transaction processed.
What other payment options do you offer?
We also offer internet banking, telephone banking, automatic payment and cheque. Any payment authority that you have set up with your current supplier will not transfer to Nova Energy so you’ll need to set up new authorities with us.
Internet and Phone banking
With your bank select “Nova Energy Ltd” as the bill payee. If your bank doesn’t already have Nova Energy Ltd as a bill payee you can set it up yourself using our bank details below. Please use your customer number as a reference so we can identify your payments.
