How can I add an Alternate Contact or Authorised Person in the Nova Hub?
To help you with general queries and servicing of your account, you can add an authorised person or alternate contact to your account.
Alternate contact can communicate with us on your behalf, but cannot make decisions about your account. This could be a family member, friend, or support person. Authorised person can carry out everyday tasks like using the app, making payments, and talking to us about your account.
- Log into the Nova Hub
- On the Home Menu select My Account
- Scroll down to Contacts and click on View and Manage Contacts
- Click on the "+" button at the top right corner
- Add your Alternate Contact and Authorised Person contact details
- Click Submit
